中国医师协会的宗旨是服务、协调、自律、维权、管理、提高，我们将始终围绕这一宗旨，认真准备，积极探索。本次会议将邀请到国内外疝和腹壁外科领域的专家、学者就最新的理论与实践、研究热点等问题以大会报告、专题讲座、口头报告等形式展开深入地学术交流，也将为广大疝和腹壁外科领域的医生们提供一个更深入了解国际该领域的新知识、新技术、新成果以及未来发展趋势的平台。与会者将领略国际重量级疝外科大师的风采，观摩当今标准的疝手术，探讨复杂疝的个体化治疗，与大师面对面交流，零距离互动。本次会议是我们与国际疝界接轨的又一次机会，学术内容精彩纷呈，将极大地推动疝和腹壁外科领域国际学术交流与合作，对我国疝和腹壁外科事业的进一步发展与繁荣有着举足轻重的意义。

大会设立北京主会场、全国各地四个分会场，采用当今先进的互联网传播技术以及 无线直播技术，充分展现我国互联网技术与医学临床诊疗技术相结合快速发展的成果。国际内镜疝学会对我国疝外科发展和水平给予高度的评价，也愿意为中国疝外科事业的发展贡献力量。本次会议将更新国际内镜疝学会《腹腔镜切口疝修补术指南》，我国专家将首次参加新指南的修订，作为东道主我们深感荣幸和骄傲。

Welcome Message

On behalf of the Chinese Hernia College of Surgeons (CHCS) and International Endohernia Society (IEHS), It’s our great pleasure to invite you to join the “Annual Meeting of Chinese Hernia College of Surgeons (CHCS) and 9th Congress of International Endohernia Society (IEHS)”, which has been organized by The Department of Hernia and abdominal Wall Surgery, Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital, Capital Medical University, and Chinese Journal of Hernia and Abdominal Wall Surgery.

In recent years, Chinese hernia surgery has made a great progress, the Lancet published the Healthcare Access and Quality Index on May 18, 2017, Chinese hernia surgery is in the leading position of the world. This is just the time for China to hold the joint meeting of CHCS and IEHS. About 50 foreign hernia experts and 2,000 Chinese hernia surgeons will be attending the meeting. The congress will be holding in main venue in Beijing and four other satellite venues in Chongqing, Lanzhou, Nanjing and Harbin. By using advanced internet communication and wireless broadcast technology, Live surgery demonstration, Standard procedures, State-of-art technologies, highly impacted presentations, updated guideline of laparoscopic hernia surgery, modern exhibitions of hernia related products, and so on will be present at same time at deferent five meeting venues.

The purpose of the meeting is to develop hernia surgical theory, to standardize procedures, to update the guideline and to communicate between East and West.

We are sure the program promises to be comprehensive, educational, practical and stimulating. As the congress host, we are deeply honored and proud to welcome you from deferent places of the world, and we believe this meeting will surely promote hernia surgery in China.
